Mudaraba
Mudaraba can only be used at existing companies that already have an infrastructure in place.
At Mudaraba, the entrepreneur and an investor enter into a temporary partnership. Such as purchasing a certain stock and selling it to divide the profit. This can be per stock or for a certain period.
The distribution of the proceeds/profit is determined in advance. Mudaraba via Rahim Investments the following distribution is maintained:
60% for the entrepreneur and 40% for the investor. The investor receives a higher percentage because all costs in addition to the purchase are borne by the entrepreneur. As a result, costs are not disputed and the responsibility lies with the entrepreneur.
